Corporate 2 Hour (Saturday-Sunday)

Service Description

Invite the SweetGuy Ice Cream Truck to your next corporate event! $860 fee includes 200 servings of choice of any ice cream and a 2 hour visit. Additional servings are added at regular menu price of $4.50. Final bill may vary according to quantity of selections made. Some dates/locations req. greater purchase minimum. ***Please note a 15% Gratuity is added to EVERY reservation. We expect our SweetGuy's to be extra awesome and do everything to make your event that much sweeter! We hope you feel they deserve more but never less! If you ever feel the service you received was subpar, just say the word and we will refund it! SweetGuy also offers Beverages, Candy, Toys and Novelties not included in the purchase minimum. Extended time may not be available that day due to other reservations in the schedule. Extended time is available in 30 minute increments only at the package rate if the time is available (please check with SweetGuy first). Please be sure to settle up and dismiss SweetGuy before your time is up. There is a 15 minute grace after the end of your reservation before we must add late dismissal fee of $50 per 15 minutes. Cancellation Policy

There is a 15% gratuity added to all reservations for your Ice Cream Man. Deposits are required for all bookings. Deposits are fully refundable if event is cancelled with SweetGuy Ice Cream Co at least 72 hours prior to arrival time. Event can be rescheduled and deposit transferred for any reason up to 72 hours prior to arrival time. Events can be rescheduled due to rain in the forecast no later than 24 hours prior to arrival time. Events cancelled within 72 hours of arrival time will be subject to balance due.
