Pricing Notes & Service Policies

• Final totals are based on the actual number of servings at your event. Additional Servings at your event are billed at $5.00 each.

• *A 15% gratuity for your ice cream server is required and will be added to your final balance at the end of your event.

• The remaining balance is paid directly to your Ice Cream Server when service concludes. Payment is accepted by credit card only (no cash or checks).

• Service and travel costs are already included in your package rate based on the details provided at booking. If your event location or service date changes, those fees may adjust accordingly.
